Yemelyanova N. The Development of Public-private Partnership in the Process of Transnationalization of Economic Systems.

The object of research is the development of public-private partnership in the process of transnationalization economies. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of public-private partnership in the process of transnationalization of economic development and scientific and practical recommendations for harmonizing the interests of the state and transnational business using leverage public-private partnerships. Methods: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, system synthesis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, expert interviews, mathematical economic analysis and modeling, and others. The theoretical results, are deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of public-private partnerships in the global economy and developing scientific recommendations for the development of public-private partnership with the peculiarities of the process of transnationalization economies. Bottom Line: lies in the fact that they are the scientific basis for the national strategy of interaction with the subjects of transnational business. Scientific novelty: for the first time, the mechanism of interaction between the state and the multinationals on the basis of the model of public-private partnerships; improved: Theoretical and methodological bases of research public-private partnership in the process of transnationalization of economic, organizational and economic principles of public-private partnerships; received further development: quantitative assessment tools by aligning the interests of multinational corporations and the state under public-private partnerships, methodological approaches to risk-sharing system of public-private partnership in the process of transnationalization economies. Degree of implementation: the results of research put into practice the International Organization "Ukraine-Poland-Germany" Interstate structures Euroregion "Dniester" (Ukraine, Moldova), the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Industrial and Entrepreneurship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on European Integration Vinnitsa Chamber of Commerce and the learning process of the Donetsk national University (Vinnytsia).
