Essay

It was analyze the political transformation in the region of Western Balkans. Defined factors and characteristics of the process of transformation. Revealed the main external factors that influenced the political transformation. Demonstrated that the value of supranational factors (EU, NATO) environment dominates the state (the Russian Federation, Turkey). Found the main achievements and obstacles RZB towards European integration. It was analyze the features of the attitude of the EU Member States and NATO to further expand by RZB. Studied the features of the global economic crisis in terms of impact on RZB countries.
