Essay

Studied multylateralizm in international relations. Founded that the understanding of multilateralism as multilateral cooperation involves not only cooperation but also elements of competitive relations between the actors. Determined that multylateralizm globally identified primarily with the activities of the UN and multilateral cooperation at the regional level makes the development of special American multilateralism. It is proved that such activity multylateralnyh institutions as the Organization of American States and the Summit of the Americas provides multi-level US presence in the region.
