Essay

New solution to the stated scientifi problem are presented in the thesis. Presented solution involves enhancing diagnostics efficiency, as well as complex surgical treatment of patients with acute surgical abdominal cavity disorder by the optimization of early abdominal sepsis development risk prediction based on immune cytometric and molecular-genetic technologies. It was ascertained, that efficient criteria prognostication of abdominal sepsis development and severe abdominal sepsis in patients with acute surgical abdominal cavity disorder involve increasing the amount of indicators of systemic inflammatory response syndrome, leukocyte index of intoxication, activity of neutrophil oxidative spontaneous explosion, activity of monocytes oxidative stimulated explosion, the number of CD4+25+127- regulatory lymphocytes in the blood, hemopexin, procalcitonin levels in blood serum, expression of micro-RNA 155 in blood serum, reduced the number of lymphocytes in the blood, stimulated E.coli phagocytic index of monocytes in blood, the expression of micro-RNA 146a in the peritoneal fl uid. It is proved that the mathematical model accuracy for prediction of individual risk sepsis development is 90,6 % and severe abdominal sepsis development is 98,8 %. The use of laparoscopic surgery have several advantages: reducing the duration of surgery (p<0,05) and hospital stay (p<0,05).
