Oleksenko O. Pedagogic Conditions of Training Future Managers of Foreign Economic Activity for Cross-Cultural Communication

The thesis is devoted to solving the scientific problem of improving the level of readiness of future managers of foreign economic activity for cross-cultural communication (CCC). The essence of the intercultural communication of future managers of foreign economic activity is specified; the structure of future managers' of foreign economic activity readiness for CCC is determined through the following components: value and motivation, conceptual and gnoseological, communication and behaviour. The pedagogic conditions of training future managers of foreign economic activity for CCC are revealed and experimentally tested. They are: creating a multicultural atmosphere in the process of manager training for acquiring CCC experience; adaptive gradual managing the educational activity of future specialists; realizing subject-to-subject interaction experience directed at the optimal management of cross-cultural conflicts. The criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of managers of foreign economic activity for CCC are specified. The model of realizing the pedagogic conditions is projected.
