Essay

The theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific and practical task to substantiate resource-saving parameters of water use technology in the rice irrigation systems (RIS) in the variable climate conditions are presented in the dissertation. It has been substantiated the necessity of improving water use technology, proved the complex of criteria for the estimation of the efficiency of water use technology, improved the structure of water balance's model of rice check and performed relevant calculations for the typical periods of the Danubian RIS functioning, performed the estimation of efficiency of water use technology for rice crop rotation, iidentified the character of dependences and degree of communications between the main indicators of water use technology, made prognostic calculations of the parameters of water use indicators according to the rational and resource-saving level of efficiency in the variable climate conditions that allows saving about 40% of water resources and increasing the total level of technical RIS operation using, proposed the solutions for improving the rice check's design of existing RIS.
