The dissertation presents a new solution of an actual scientific-practical problem of normal physiology that lies in explanation of peculiarities of cardiovascular system's adaptive response to physical activity in young people with arterial hypotension. Received data complements the representation about organism's reaction to physical activity, particularly it identifies two variants of reaction that correlate with arterial hypotension severity and can be used as prognostic criteria during carrying out preventive medical check-ups
