Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research of the formation of modern Ukrainian public opinion. The retrospective analysis of the evolution of foreign policy and geopolitical identification of Ukraine and Russia at the beginning of the XXI century was done. It is proved that in a hybrid deployment War, due to information exposure by official government bodies, formed two polar matrix of public thoughts Ukraine and Russia. Emphasized that the basis of the analysis of the current state of Russian-Ukrainian conflict concept laid communication gap between Ukraine and Russia.
