The thesis investigates the imperatives of the modern system of international business in the context of globalization; defines the methodical approaches to study the characteristics of international business systems; identifies the features of the international business system recomposition in terms of crisis reforms at national level; develops the profile of business system of Ukraine as part of international business; analysis the functioning of Ukrainian business system at present; grounds the features of the multifactor impact on the business system of Ukraine functioning; proposes the mechanism of development of business systems in Ukraine as a factor of its involvement to the international business system.
