The thesis deals with the issue of the educators'-to-be training of pre-schools to work with children with special needs in conditions of the inclusive education. Based on the analysis of the philosophical, the psychological, and the pedagogical literature, it has been analyzed the categorial-conceptual apparatus of the research, carried out the scientific analysis and theoretically substantiated the methodological and the psycho-pedagogical principles of the forming of the tolerant attitude towards children with special needs in the educators'-to-be of pre-school educational institutions.
