In the course of the research comprehensive hygienic assessment of processes of physiological functions and formation of personality of students during the period of study in higher educational institutions are carried out psychohygienic basics of health promotion technology usage are worked out and scientifically proved in institutions of higher education conceptual principles of usage of which are: regime-adaptation, psychophysiological, personal and integrative-functional principles. Psychohygienic components are determinedin the structure of modern healthy promotion technologies and thе program their effective application is developed, the main components of which are: the regime, psychophysiological-psychodiagnostical and applied components. In terms of its use the positive significant changes in the characteristics of the basic neural processes and speed of differentiated visual-motor response (p(t)<0,001) are observed the indices of state (p(t)<0,05-0,01) and trait (p(t)<0,01-0,001) anxiety, level of subjective control in interpersonal relationships of youths (p(t)<0,05) and educational relations of girls (p(t)<0,05), physical aggression of youths and girls (p(t)<0,05), indirect aggression and irritability of girls (p(t)<0,05), emotional burnout of both gender groups (p(t)<0,05-0,001) and the degree of tension of leading psychological defense mechanisms (p(t)<0,05-0,01) are significantly reduced.
