The aim of the thesis is the development of an ecosystem approach to the evaluation of the pollution of the surface air factor as environmental safety urbanized area. Scientific novelty of the results is the development of environmental hazard assessment surface layer of air urbanized area, which combines basic methodological approaches to assess exposure to chemical and physical factors pollution. For the first time, theoretically grounded methodological approach to the selection criteria for integrated assessment of ecological state of surface air and the effect of individual factors on it, danger index developed ground layer of air (Inap) with the influence of chemical and physical factors and the method of its graphical display; The quantitative assessment of the power balance between green areas and man-made elements of Kyiv city. Was developed: method of assessing environmental risk status urban areas based on hazard index surface layer of air. Improved: Map impact of noise pollution from air transport on the example of the international airport "Kyiv"; scheme to inform the population about the state of pollution of the surface air to improve environmental safety in real time, which adapted the use of hazard index surface layer of air. The practical significance of the results. A methodological approach to environmental assessment and determine the risk of contamination of the surface layer of air on the basis of chemical and physical factors. The results of the thesis introduced to scientific production "Center of Environmental Safety in Aviation" and in the educational process of the National Aviation University.
