Essay

The purpose of this thesis is to present the problem of determining the theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of formation of future psychologists' readiness to professional self-improvement. On the base of psychological and educational literature analysis, the condition of the problem of formation of future psychologists' readiness to professional self-improvement is examined, the foreign and domestic experience of formation of future psychologists' readiness to professional self-improvement has been analyzed. It was found that the experience of formation of future psychologists' readiness to professional self-improvement in Ukraine is connected with lack focus of this problem in curriculums and educational programs. The essence of the formation phenomenon of future psychologists' readiness to professional self-improvement and its pedagogical conditions (formation the motivation of future psychologists to professional self-improvement on the basis of subject-subject interaction; gradual addition of curriculum individual themes in modules and academic disciplines (Variation component), integration akmeological and competency approaches in teaching and educational process of university education; include the future psychologists in the profession through the acquisition of professional experience in the extracurricular work and during training and work experience). An experimental verification of pedagogical conditions of future psychologists' readiness to professional self-improvement has been done.
