It was theoretically grounded and empirically confirmed the presence of leading determinant of personality contradictions - basal internal conflict, that specifies the energetic direction of psyche (life - death). It was proved that at the depth processes level the consciousness uncontrollability of "to the death" tendency is available, that a priori creates preconditions of undesirable consequences of physical traumatism deepening of people with limited functional abilities (LFA). Сonfirmed effectiveness method of active social and psychological cognition solving of personality contradictions increase of adaptability to the socium students with LFA.
