In dissertation paper the psychological aspects of quality of life as a condition of constructive self-preservation in a social and psychological space of women's self-realization differentiated by the criterion "child'health" have been grounded. By the results of empirical research clarified the differences in quality of life in constructive features of women's self-preservation disposition differentiated by the criterion of "child's health" by means of explication of empirical referents (modality of activity, adaptive life strategy, "world image" construction).
