Essay

This research focuses on the main stages of historical development of the Sovereign Order of Malta and gradual entry into the elements of the international juridical personality. Particular attention is paid to complex research of contemporary international legal personality of the Sovereign Order of Malta and forms of its implementation, which are reflected in the following international and legal aspects as diplomatic activity, the right to conclude international agreements, participation in the international organizations and international conferences, hospital activity.
