Chernyak Y. International labor force migration in system of factors of countries' competitiveness.

The methodological approaches to the governmental regulation of the international labor force migration and strengthening of the national economy's international competetiveness are developed in the dissertation. The list of recommendations for improvement of governmaental regulation of the international labor force migration, based on the experience of the developed countries, is also provided. The concept of the Labor migrant certificate as a document, that includes an amount of information about the international migrant, his education, professional skills and social status, and allows to make the procedure of selection of immigrants easier is stated.
