Essay

The thesis is devoted to the concept and cartographic methodical bases development for the needs of alternative energy (AE). A primary concern is with systematization of the research's conceptual and terminological apparatus. These alternative resources require new types of technologies, at present are characterized by a comparatively low level of industrial implementation and not widely spread. Mapping for alternative energy needs is determined as a practically oriented direction in thematic mapping, highlighting various aspects of AE by cartographic modeling in industry development planning, rational and efficient use of alternative energy resources (AER).
