Kindzer B. Special training of qualified karate athletes in Kumite discipline using formal Kata complexes (based on the example of kyokushin karate).

Object - the training system in Kyokushin karate; purpose - improving the special training of qualified athletes Kiokushinkay karate style discipline kumite using formal systems kata; methods - theoretical methods, sociological (questionnaire) methods, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of psychodiagnosis, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: - for the first time revealed the positive effect of individual Kata at the level of special readiness of the qualified athletes and effectiveness of their use in the preparation for a competition in Kumite section; developed and justified the author's program of perfection of special readiness of the qualified karate kumite discipline in using formal systems Kata; results: - the developed program is implemented in the training process for the preparation of the qualified athletes to compete in kumite with kata, which will contribute to increase the level of special preparedness. The research results are used in the lecture course "Theory and methodology chosen sport" and "Increasing sportsmanship" specialization "Kyokushin Karate" Lviv State University of Physical Culture in trenerovochnom process for the preparation of zbornoy Ukrainian team, sports clubs, as well as may be used in future scientific works and development of special preparation for highly skilled sportsmen programs - karate; the industry - physical education and sport.
