3.The street and road network and its elements is the object of the research. The purpose of research is to improve the design principles and methods of street and road network with its elements for the needs of people with limited mobility. Completed researches allow to propose additions for DBN 360-92 ** and DBN B. 2. 3 - 5 - 2001 with typical transverse profile of streets settlements based limited mobility. Some results of the study were used: with control planning and architecture of the executive committee of Kremenchug and Rivne City Council. Results of the study are suggested to use: in improving the theoretical and methodological foundations of applied scientific research in the field of urban development and spatial planning; in justification of master plans of settlements and territories; in design construction and reconstruction of street and road network of settlements; in the educational process in the preparation of specialists in "Architecture and Urban Planning" and "Building and civil engineering."
