Essay

The object of study - training of future teachers of physical training in higher educational institutions. Subject of study - pedagogical conditions of professional self-development and a model of the future teachers of physical training in higher educational institutions. The dissertation is determined theoretically grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of professional self-development of the future teachers of physical culture: successful adaptation to training conditions; positive motivation of professional self-development; Formation of readiness for professional self-improvement; effective organization of self-operation on the basis of the construction of individual self-development program that includes mechanisms of pedagogical reflection and introspection. Developed, substantiated and experimentally tested a model of professional self-development of the future teachers of physical training in the course of vocational training in higher educational institutions. Opened psychological and pedagogical nature of professional self-development of the future teachers of physical culture as a complex pedagogical phenomenon, as a conscious and controlled person of the future teacher of physical training process.
