Danilenko О. Artistic and aesthetic environment of the hotel and restaurant complex in the modern Ukraine

The artistic and aesthetic environment of the hotel-restaurant complex in modern Ukraine is investigated in the dissertation based on the analysis of the scientific works of the historiography and literary sources. The cultural traditions of the artistic and aesthetic design of the hospitable service of the Ancient East and Ancient Greece and Rome are characterized. The dissertation highlights the cultural and historical aspects of the external decoration of the hotel-restaurant complex and grounded the artistic and aesthetic requirements of its interior. The experience of the artistic and aesthetic design of the food services as a component of the hospitality environment is demonstrated.
