The object of study: prooxidant-antioxidant and vitamin status during chronic pancreatitis. Objective: optimization of chronic pancreatitis diagnosis and treatment by assessing the clinicopathogenetic features of disorders and vitamin prooxidant-antioxidant status and correction with medication and physical therapy facilities. Methods: clinical and medical anamnesis; anthropometric, body mass index (BMI), the thickness of fat skin folds on the triceps, the amount of shoulder muscles (WMD); ultrasound (US) software; biochemical, blood glucose, malonic aldehyde (MA), superoxidedismutase (SOD), SH-groups, catalase, ceruloplasmin, proteolytic plasma activity, kallikrein, prekalikreyin, ?1-proteinase inhibitor (?1-PI) ?2-macroglobulin (?2-MG), activity kininazy II, retinol, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, thiamine, pyridoxine; ELISA: Fecal ? -elastase, CD3, CD72, CD4, CD8, CD16, serum immunoglobulins (Ig) (M, G, A), the activity of the complement system, vitamin D 25-OHD. Scientific novelty of the results: first time there was identified effect of vitamin deficiency and activation of peroxidation processes on the extra- pancreatic production disorders formation, trophic disorders (protein metabolism, anemic syndrome, humoral and cell-mediated immunity, general and specific proteolysis) during chronic pancreatitis. First time there were suggested new complex of medication and non medication programs for treatment of these disorders and using them in doctor's practice, especially for physicians who are practicing in General practice-family medicine. First time there was evaluated life quality during getting the treatment and also effectiveness of clinical observation and reabilitation for patients with chronic pancreatitis and vitamin and prooxidant antioxidant status disorders. There were established that using AminoAcid complex with vitamins and courses of dynamic electrostimulation following suggested scheme promotes the hypovitaminosis and oxidative stress regression, optimizes general and specific proteolysis and also corrects trophic parameters(protein metabolism, anemic syndrome, humoral and cell-mediated immunity) if compare with the patients who were receiving regular treatment program .And also it allowes to dicrease the number of sick days, reduce the amount of aggravation and improve physical and psychological parameters of life quality following surveys scale SF36 and GSRS.
