The thesis provides the analysis of the psychological and pedagogical aspects of formation of professional competence of primary school teachers and features of using of web technologies in pedagogical colleges. The pedagogical conditions are outlined, theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested in the paper. The model of professional competence of primary school teachers using web technologies in pedagogical colleges is defined. According to the researches teaching materials and guidelines are developed and implemented in the educational process of pedagogical colleges. They can be used while implementing web technologies in the educational process of pedagogical higher institutions.
