Ogloblia I. Transnational banks activities regulation under global financial instability

Complex research of the system of transnational banks activities regulation under global financial subject to tendencies to increase of global financial institutions in the world is developed in the work. Indicators of global financial instability are analyzed and its cause-effect relation with financial instability in a certain country of the world is determined. Impact of the world financial crisis of 2007-2010 on the US banking sector and first-priority measures of their crisis management regulation are detected; regulative initiatives of the EU and Asia countries related to transnational banks under exaggerated domination of the financial sector in the world are identified. Conceptual fundamentals of banks regulation under modern conditions are disclosed. Multifunctional four-level model of international banking regulation in the system of general paradigm of global governance is suggested. Means of improving bank activities regulation in Ukraine are grounded, possibilities of implementation of consolidated risk-oriented supervision of banks activities in Ukraine aimed at increasing stableness of the national banking system are analyzed.
