The thesis provided the psychological analysis of "conflict", which is seen as a multi-property system and study of individual items continual-hierarchical approach. Explicate described and empirically studied the structural components of conflict. To investigate the indicators of conflict and its manifestations developed (in collaboration) procedure and original methods. Established relationship indicators of conflict and personality traits that accompany its manifestations. Individual psychological characteristics of the representatives of multimodal and monomodal types of conflict proneness have been investigated.
