The dissertation is devoted to the research and development of architecture and element base of analytical microsystems-on-chip with SOI structures. The architecture of analytical microsystem-on-chip was developed, which is a specialized chip of integrated circuit designed on the principle of the matrix IC and contains a special "technological area" with elements of connection and the matrix of library elements for the realization of schemes of analog and digital processing of primary information from sensor elements as well as the basic matrix cell for the construction of input/output cascades of analytical microsystems-on-chip.
