In dissertation the theoretical analysis is realized; German experience of professional preparation of specialists of electromechanical specialities in the technical colleges of Germany is learnt and generalized; conceptual ideas of vocational education of Germany in the context of preparation of electrical technicians are investigated; regulatory support of professional preparation of specialists of electromechanical specialities in the technical colleges of Germany is analysed; components of educational and professional program are made clear; content and structure, forms and methods of organisation of professional preparation of specialists of electromechanical specialities are revealed; peculiarities of another language competence of the future electrical technicians in the context of professional preparation in the technical colleges of Germany are defined; comparative and pedagogical analysis of professional preparation of specialists of electromechanical specialities in the technical colleges of Germany and Ukraine is carried out; perspective directions of use German experience in the technical colleges in Ukraine are defined. The determining pedagogical concepts in professional education in Germany in the context of electrical technician education are presented. The normative and legal ensuring of the secondary professional education in the context of professional preparation of specialists of electromechanical specialities in technical colleges of Germany are analysed. Germany is known with high-tech development and rush to economic advance therefore education is in the nature of innovation. Mastery of professional competence of specialists of electromechanical specialities in technical colleges of Germany is secured with flexible system of theoretical and practical training according to demands of their field of activity. The ability to competition of electrical technician in Germany is also secured with belonging to another language professional competence of pupils which in gnosiology aspect on communicative abilities formation is oriented, that has positive influence with personality and professional development of the future specialist in perspective of his self-realisation. Mastery and development of professional competence of the specialists of electromechanical specialities is closely interconnected with studies motivation that by individual reflexive ability of students influence with quality of their knowledge and further differentiated application of formed professional activity and it is actual in the context of improvement of the professional training process of the electrical technician both in Germany and Ukraine. The professional level of teachers and their further skill improving plays an important role in achievement of effective consequence in the professional training process of specialists of electromechanical specialities in technical colleges of Germany that also has actuality for our state. Realization of educational and perspective experience of professional preparation of specialists of electromechanical specialities in technical colleges of Germany will be useful to correspond to educational and professional preparation in Ukraine which is presented in purposive renovation of educational and profession line criterions with respect to qualitative and productive improvement of professional preparation of students and mastery of their perspective to another language professional competence in communicative level; the direction of the process of professional preparation of electrical technician assist to achieve the professional level with ability to competition that is oriented to education over the whole length of the life.
