The dissertation is devoted to studying pharmaco-toxicological the influence of newly created comprehensive dietary supplement «Sylimask», based on the milled fruits of milk thistle with the purpose of use as a means of of rehabilitation in post-deworming period in dogs. In the acute (white mice and rats) and chronic (white rats) experiments found that the investigated of dietary supplement belonging to low-toxic (DL50> 5000 mg / kg bw) and slightly cumulative compounds (coefficient of> 5) and is highly effective for experimental of hepatitis. Long-term (30 days) of feeding white rats «Sylimask» by artificially created pathology, provides effective anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and hepatoprotective action. It was found stimulating effect of dietary supplements on the basis morphological, of biochemical and immunological researches on the functional state of the liver, and in particular the protein synthesis and detoxification function in dogs after prophylactic deworming a preparation «Brovanol D». Feeding animals of dietary supplement provides an effective recovery process of their hematopoietic function, promotes the activation of immunological reactivity and enhance antioxidant protection. The newly created supplement on the basis of natural environmentally safe ingredients delivers quick rehabilitation in the body of dogs in deworming period.
