Essay

In the thesis, first developed and experimentally justified model of management by training process of Paralympic athletes with PPARA in the competitive period of training for the main event, which takes into account the peculiarities due to illness, article and specialization in athletics. Justified the program of psychological training as a component of the experimentally tested models of management of educational-training process of Paralympic athletes during the immediate preparation for the Paralympic games 2012. The developed program of psychological preparation of athletes included: goals and objectives; valid and reliable for each direction techniques; harmonized program content and components of the designed model. Obtained data on the characteristics of changes of indicators of special physical fitness, motivation, success and avoiding failure, the effectiveness of competitive activity of Paralympic athletes from different athletics specialization in the use of the proposed management model of the training process, and depending on the results from the changes of the studied parameters. A model of management of training process in the competitive period have improved the efficiency of competitive activity, taking into account the relationship between the indicators of special physical fitness and peculiarities of motivation of achievement of success and avoidance of failure. The obtained data testify to high effectiveness of the program of psychological training as a component of the experimentally tested models of management of educational-training process and can be recommended for use in the training of Paralympic athletes.
