The dissertation comprised of fulfilled theoretical generalization and offering a new solution of scientific tasks of definition of psychosocial determinants of occurrence combat stress at the military personnel who are members of anti-terrorist operation. It is proved that the psychosocial determinants of occurrence combat stress are consortium of situational and environmental, socio-political, concomitant and actually psychological factors.
