Bykova O. Improvement of the process of training for competitive activity of young handball players of 13-14 years old due to use of exercises of complex-coordination orientation

The object of the research: the educational-training and competitive process of handball players of 13-14 years old. The purpose of the research:to improve the process of preparation for competitive activity of young handball players on the basis of use of exercises of complex-coordination orientation. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientifically-methodical literature; questioning; anthropometrical research; pedagogical observation; pedagogical, psychological and psychophysiological testing; constructive and practical methods of the research; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical modeling and statistics. Scientific novelty: for the first time: influence of the separate parties of preparedness of handball players of 13-14 years old on efficiency of their game activity is defined; the program of preparation for competitions of handball players at the stage of preliminary basic preparation with use of exercises of complex-coordination orientation is developed; influence of exercises of complex-coordination orientation on changes in physical, technical fitness and prestarting conditions of handball players of 13-14 years old is revealed; the qualitative structure of preparedness for competitions on the basis of creation of logarithmic spirals is defined. Results of the research are introduced in the educational-training process of groups of handball of CYSS 'TEMP' of Ternovka of the Dnepropetrovsk region, V. P. Litvishko SCYSSOR on handball of Zinkov of Poltava region, CCYSS No. 3 of Kharkov, in practice of training of the national teams of children's teams of the Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
