Essay

The thesis defines the essence and components of professional and ethical competence of the future managers of the economic profile on the basis of axiological, social, cultural, systemic, synergetic, polysubject and gender approaches. The criteria, indicators and levels of its formation are defined. Pedagogical conditions of forming professional and ethical competence of the future managers of an economic profile will studying of social and humanitarian disciplines. The author proposes the developed and experimentally tested model of forming professional and ethical competence of the future managers of the economic profilein which students are regulated with professional ethical norms and standarts.
