Essay

The dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation and introduction of an optimized model for early detection of lung cancer among the adult population of Ukraine. Established the current problems in the health status and quality of life of patients with lung cancer who live in the Kharkiv region, revealed a high level of mortality from the disease, as well as problems in the quality of care. A significant problem is the lack of a coordinated and shortcomings of existing measures to detect the disease in its early stages. These medical and social studies necessitated scientific justification and optimization models for early detection of lung cancer in adults, based on the use of new functional and organizational approaches to health care based on the principles of complexity and system using a cross-sectoral approach. The aims of the optimized model, the subject-object relationship and strategic directions. Substantiated the content and nature of the interaction of elements of the optimized model and organizational functional software. A mechanism to ensure information and improve the model for early detection of lung cancer among the adult population of Ukraine. The proposed model involves improvement of the interaction existing health system structures, educational institutions, enterprises, social protection services, media, non-governmental organizations, at the expense of functional and organizational changes and the introduction of qualitatively new elements whose interaction will provide an increase in adult life expectancy of the population and improve its quality through early detection of the disease.
