Petko S. Organizational and Corporate Development Component of the Global Financial Services Market

The thesis is devoted to research of background, factors and features of development of the global financial services market and its organizational and corporate component. The thesis covers the nature and identifies the structure of the financial services in the post-industrial economy. Summarizing the modern approaches, we established multivariate determination of this category within the functional, professionally-oriented and integrated approaches that permitted to specify the multi-dimensional nature of financial services as a specific product, which sale and purchase ensures implementation of objective relations of financial and related markets and improve their systematization. Based on theoretical and practical analysis, the global imperatives of organizational corporate transformations were determined, the strategic format of organizational transformations of multinational financial corporations was substantiated, and the performance potential of the leading American banks using matrix modeling instruments was assessed. The acute relevance of their social responsibility was proved.
