Essay

The thesis is devoted to scientific reasons for enhancement of structure of regional clinical hospital in the conditions of reforming of an industry of health care. A basis of innovative development of regional hospital became: optimization of its capacity; implementation of modern system of monitoring and assessment of its activities; optimization of interaction with healthcare institutions of area and clinics of the national level; implementation of effective medical technologies of diagnostic and medical processes which are based on data with the proved efficiency; increase in professional level of a medical personnel when ensuring constant financial development and modern equipment.
