Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the essence characteristics of the servicewomen' behavior self-control mechanisms and to the reasoning of the psychological means of their development. In the research the essence and structure of servicewomen' behavior self-control are defined as an external unintentional (unconscious) and internal voluntary (conscious) intentional activities of a person with a multilevel determination, which includes various spheres of a person's mental organization in its multifunctional coherent interaction accordingly to the conditions of activities in view of the efficient and effective application of available mental resources. The structural and functional model of servicewomen' behavior self-control, which shows types, forms, levels, mechanisms and behavioral demonstrations, was worked out, the interaction of the behavior self-control mechanisms with the corresponding psychological characteristics was found out. The empirical research of the essence characteristics of servicewomen' behavior self-control mechanisms was conducted, their interrelation and style specifics in the behavioral demonstrations, which are reflected in the wasteful, economical and saving, harmonious styles, were found out. The training program of development of the servicewomen' unintentional behavior self-control mechanisms, that creates pre-conditions for a formation of the stable entities on countering the professional risks, was developed and tested for its effectiveness.
