Object - development of creativity in future managers; methods - theoretical (systematization and generalization), empirical (questioning, testing, poll), mathematical-statistical methods of data processing; novelty - for the first time: the psychological model which recreates development mechanisms of creativity of the student-manager which part are creative, motivational, communicative-organizational and self-regulatory components of professional qualities is created; components of creative potential of the manager as factor of updating of his professional qualities are allocated; representations are expanded about: dynamic of development of creativity in future managers which is characterized by growth of their orientation on manifestation of creativity in intellectual and professional activity in the course of mastering administrative activity; specific of development of creativity of students-managers in comparison with students-teachers and the working managers; creativity as backbone component of professional qualities of future manager; means of psychological maintenance of professional formation of future managers by creation of the program which provided development of their creativity as abilities to creatively solve production situations are gained further development; results - the theoretical-methodical model of creativity of the modern manager is developed, the program of psychological maintenance of development of creativity of future managers in the course of their vocational training is created; results of a research can be used: by teachers when training future heads for optimization of process of training and to formation and development of competence of communication with subordinates; in training work of psychological service with students which is directed to optimization of development by them of a professional position, formation of abilities for practical administrative work and formation of an optimum professional position of students; by drawing up curricula and training programs of training of specialists on management; at expansion of a range of professional competences of the modern psychologist in the context of development of abilities of psychological support of modern managers at a stage of vocational training; area - psychology.
