Myshko N. Features of motivational-value sphere of future psychologist who obtaining the second higher education.

Object - motivational and value sphere of a future psychologist; objective - to determine the dynamics and psychological constitution of the motivational and value sphere of future psychologists in the course of the second higher education; methods - theoretical (analysis, composition, comparison, systematization, classification, modeling), empirical (testing, psycho-diagnostic and experimental, longitudinal method, psychological and educational experiment), statistical; novelty - for the first time: development and empirical verification of the structural model of the motivational and value sphere of a future psychologist in the course of the second higher education which consists of the need and motivational (basic needs, extrinsic and intrinsic activity motivation) and axiological (life-purpose orientations and values) components as well as a component of the psychological readiness to the professional activity (self-evaluation of the own competence, of the own emotional attitude and professional preferences in the chosen sphere of activity); it has been revealed that specificity of the motivational and value sphere of the future psychologists getting the second higher education is predominance of need of sense of self-confidence, activity financial motives, comprehension of life results and sense of life control, dominance of values of hedonism, stimulation, traditions and spirituality; widening of the concept of: the future psychologists' motivational and value sphere formation levels in the course of the second higher education which are based on the development of the separate components of the need and motivational, axiological components and the professional activity psychological readiness component; psychological content and structural organization of the motivational and value sphere of personality of the future psychologists getting the second higher education; further development of: diagnostic tools of the motivational and value sphere of personality of a future psychologist's getting the second higher education, and psychological criteria of its formation levels assessment; tools of development of the motivational and value sphere of personality of a future psychologist in the course of the second higher education; results - tested techniques of the psychological diagnostics of the content and personality's motivational and value sphere formation level as well as the program of the psychological development of the motivational and value sphere of personality of the future psychologists may be used by lecturers of the educational establishments and practical psychologists to create programs of the personal and professional development of the future psychologists; may be applied by teachers in higher education who deal with professional training of the future psychologists; area - psychology.
