The dissertation presents a theoretical analysis of the formation of professionally important qualities of future specialists in personnel management and labour economics in the process of professional training, suggests practical recommendations for improving its efficiency. System of professionally important qualities of experts in personnel management and labour economics is offered. The division and distribution of professionally important qualities of specialists in personnel management and labour economics into groups according to their professional roles is carried out. The model of formation of professionally important qualities of future specialists in personnel management and labour economics in the process of training is developed. Diagnostics of professionally important qualities of students of the control and experimental groups was performed. The method of integral assessment of the degree index of the formed professionally important qualities of students-graduates of the specialty "Personnel Management and Labour Economics" was developed. The technique of qualimetric assessment of conformity of professionally important qualities of the graduates with the employers' requirements by professional roles has been worked out. The thesis offers an approach to correction of the specialists' training program. It is experimentally confirmed the effectiveness of the developed model of formation of professionally important qualities of future specialists in personnel management and labour economics in the professional training, which ensures the implementation of the educational environment put forward in the hypothesis.
