Dissertation presents theoretical and methodological generalization and suggests a new solution for scientific problem of forming pedagogical and artistic skills of future music teachers in voice training lessons. A definition of pedagogical and artistic skills of music teacher's is substantiated as ability to carry on effectively musical and pedagogical activities, that assumes using previous experience and specific professional knowledge which influence successful solution of educational problems that arise while working with pupils at school as well as during out-of-class activities. Contribution to designate the basic directions of solution of theoretical and applied problems set in the dissertation is made by the definition of the research's methodological basis, which include: system, axiological, competence, acmeological and creative approaches. The structure of pedagogical and artistic skills of the future music teachers is developed, which includes: motivational and informative, content-operational, performing and creative components, the components' criteria and indicators are identified.
