Object - psychosocial adaptation of the student age; methods - theoretical (analysis, systematization, generalization, comparison), empirical (testing, conversation, summative and formative experiment), data statistical processing methods; novelty - first described the leading role of psychological trauma of migration and traumatic experience acquired in the native country in demonstration of the socially stressful disorder and abnormality of adaptation process of the student age personalities; first developed the instrumental model of psychological support and assistance to student age persons with social-stress disorder caused by traumatic experiences and acquired migration psychological trauma; first extended the boundaries of psycho-social adaptation in connection with personality's defensive behavior in conditions of the changing environment the ways of optimization psychosocial adaptation and the effective socialization for the foreign students in the educational space using the method of psychological training; further developed got: diagnostic tools of the student's personality psychosocial adaptation via the creation of a universal (English-speaking) psychodiagnostic research method of the psychosocial maladjustment of migrants; understanding of the destructive impact of the consequences of social stress disorders on the psychosocial adaptation to the educational environment for the foreign students; results - developed and tested system of events as basic for development effective psycho-correctional work with foreign students aimed on psychological and educational support of psychosocial adaptation to the host country educational environment, materials of this thesis may be used in the practice of high school psychological services, during special preparation and increasing the professional level of practical psychologists; field - psychology.
