Essay

The thesis includes theoretical and experimental studies of the technological process of cutting out gearwheels by means of the radial ring method. Analytical dependencies were developed for the complex mathematical description, modelling, and study of the interrelated parameters that characterize the cut of the side mill, strength of the cut, elastic deformation of the technological system and their influence on the bias of the cut gearwheels and the roughness of the gear surface.
