Complex research of modernization of the economic development strategy of France in terms of global instability is developed in the work. The research substantiates the globalization paradigm of national economic strategies, disloses the nature and factors of global instability, as well as its influence on the national strategies of economic development. The scope, structure and trends of foreign trade activity of France in global competitive environment are comprehensively analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the research of the features of current international investment policy of France and the tools of its implementation. The scientific and technical component of the national economic strategy of France in modern conditions is systematically evaluated; the integration and globalization imperatives of current financial policy of France are identified. The strategic priorities of the migration policy reforming are substantiated and its role in the implementation of Eurocentric integration strategy is disclosed.
