Petrenko V. Pedagogical Conditions of Training Future Managers for Intercultural Professional Interaction.

The subject matter of the research is the process of professional training future managers for intercultural professional interaction; the scope of the study is the pedagogical conditions for preparing future managers for intercultural professional interaction; the aim of the investigation is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for training future managers for intercultural professional interaction in the process of vocational training of a higher educational institution; 14 research methods were used to realize the research goal and to solve the set tasks; the scientific novelty of the study conveys the following: the essence of the concept of "intercultural professional interaction of a manager"; the essence and structure of the notion "manager's readiness for IPI"; have been revealed: the pedagogical conditions for training future managers IPI have been theoretically grounded and experimentally tested; criteria, indicators, levels of preparedness of future managers for IPI have been defined.
