The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of professional mobility of future masters of pedagogy of higher education. The paper analyzes the psychological and pedagogical literature, based on what the essence of the concepts of "professional mobility of future masters of pedagogy of higher education", "the formation of professional mobility of future masters of pedagogy of higher education". The structure of professional mobility of future masters of pedagogy of higher education is defined, which consists of the motivational, cognitive, procedural and corrective, personal components. The model of professional mobility of future masters of pedagogy of higher education is developed, scientifically grounded and tested, which aims to achieve a qualitatively new (higher) level of professional mobility for effective professional activity and is based on consideration of socio-pedagogical inquiry.
