Essay

A retrospective analysis of 581 out-patient cards of patients with anovulatory infertility showed that dysfunction of the hypothalamic-pituitary system (50.9%), ovarian (34.3%) and other endocrine disorders (14.8%) prevail in the structure of endocrine infertility. There was conducted a comprehensive examination of 320 patients (average age 25.9±2.4) with anovulatory infertility. When combined anovulatory infertility reduced quality of life correlated with disease duration (r=0.67; p<0.05). It is established that the presence of the null alleles of genes of detoxification enzymes is an additional factor for early diagnosis and prognosis of polycystic ovaries. The presence of clinical, hormonal, metabolic and ultrasound differences in women with anovulatory infertility and polycystic ovaries determines the allocation of clinical and pathogenetic variants (phenotypes) of this syndrome. There was made a predictive model of realization of reproductive function with anovulatory infertility, which emphasizes the need for a differentiated approach to treatment to restore ovulation. Complex pathogenetic conservative treatment of anovu-latory infertility results in pregnancy in (53.5%) patients, surgical ovulation induction (partial ovarian destruction) improves the efficiency of complex treatment up (61.3%).
