Rudenka T. Formation of professional competence of future specialists in the sphere of art by means of art- pedagogy

The dissertation is dedicated to research of the problem of formation professional competence of future professionals of creative professions by means of art pedagogy. Was analyzed the degree of elaboration problem of research in pedagogical literature and practice. Was developed meaningful structure of professional competence of future professionals of creative professions. Were studied different approaches to the structuring of professional competence based on which were defined social -perceptive, motivational - emotional, cognitive, organizational-activity and reflective-evaluative components of professional competence of future professionals of creative professions. Was described method of measuring the level of professional competence of future professionals. Were grounded pedagogical conditions that determine the nature and content of art-pedagogical means of professional competence formation. Experimentally confirmed the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions and technology of formation of professional competence future professionals of creative professions by means of art-pedagogy during teaching conditions of the college. Were described the objectives, content and the order of usage the set of art-pedagogical means and methods of professional training in conditions of College of Culture and Arts in accordance with the three technological stages: 1) setting; 2) the acquisition of experience; 3) the transfer of experience.
