Rozhok O. Art management as a factor in harmonising global cultural processes

The dissertation is devoted to researching the models of art management in light of the globalisation of modern cultural processes. This topic is raised due to the need to examine possible methods of complex factor data harmonisation. Accordingly, in the context of the stated theme, the cultural analysis of problems related to management strategies in the conditions of modern global cultural changes becomes a revision of cultural projects, ideas which are called to give exemplary consensus management modes, because at the heart of this interaction is art with its base values, openness and versatility. Cultural and art management is examined first as the formation, as a process of devising strategies that are based on cultural resources, and, secondly, as the implementation of projects relevant to a certain type of culture and specific cultural needs. Accordingly, in the context of this “creative economy”, culture arises as a major resource of renewal, dynamics and development. Management as a factor in harmonising global processes is analysed on the example of the Philharmonic concert activity, counting in the peculiarities of its function. The dissertation traces the basic principles of management activity in organising the life at the Philharmonic, analyses the directions of projects and the principles of long-term strategies.
