Essay

The thesis gives a system analysis of the problem of development of intercultural professional competence of future masters of pedagogy of higher school in the conditions of non-formal. Methodological approaches and principles are characterized; organizational and pedagogical conditions of the development of intercultural professional competence of future masters of pedagogy of higher school are substantiated; the practice of teachers and organizations is considered as well as the introduction into the learning process of non-formal education of future masters of pedagogy of higher school interactive forms and methods of education of adults; an author's model of the development of intercultural professional competence of future masters of pedagogy of higher school in non-formal education is worked out; components and procedure stages are substantiated; importance of scientific and pedagogical support in the national practice of non-formal education is confirmed; efficiency of educational activities of future masters in increasing of levels of intercultural professional competence in the conditions of non-formal education; using creatively progressive ideas of international experience. Such organizational and pedagogical conditions of the development of intercultural professional competence of future masters of pedagogy of higher school are revealed as: realization of social and pedagogic interaction between the subjects of education process; forming of positive aim of adults at the necessity of non-stop increasing of intercultural professional competence in the conditions of non-formal education; special training of teachers of programs for masters and training courses in the non-formal education till the development of intercultural professional competence of future masters; continuity of improvement of professional competence of specialists; implementation of up-to date technologies of teaching of adults with regards to their individual and typological features; variability of the content and forms of teaching of foreign languages in order to increase foreign language competence which as a part of intercultural professional competence of adult students; differentiation of the content and forms of teaching for every category of future masters of pedagogy of higher school; interactivity of educational process. The pedagogical experiment given in the thesis is divided into three parts (preparatory, ascertain, forming-summarizing) with practical usage of a set o methods theoretical and empirical knowledge (analysis, questioning, conversation study of documents, interview, pedagogical observation, testing, generalization, methods of meth statistics). Subjects of the research are future masters of pedagogy of higher school that improve their intercultural professional competence in the conditions of non-formal education, and teachers that teach in the magistracy.
